Style It. February Celeb Street Style

Get ready for some serious style inspo’ – Fashion Week Month is here [#OMG]. From New York to London, Milan to Paris, there’s been a whole lotta style inspiration going around. I found this month’s top three celeb street-style looks in The Big Apple. Neither snow nor rain could keep fashion’s heavy-weights from New York’s runways and despite the sub-zero temperatures, the street style at New York Fashion week was right on point. Check out my favs…

Culottes by Topshop £36 || Jacket by River Island £80 || Top by River Island £16 || Pumps by Topshop £59

Fashion’s favourite darling Olivia Palermo knows a hot trend when she sees one. The silhouette for spring has to be the culotte. When paired with a chic cropped jacket and dainty pointed heel, Olivia’s style takes on a refined feminine edge. Plus navy and white has to be one of my favourite palettes – you just can’t look bad in this colour-combo.

Skirt by Topshop £35 || Blouse by French Connection £60 || Embellished Collar Top by Equipment £270 || Heels by Unique Vintage £62

To be honest I’m rather surprised to have Ke$ha in my round-up but I really liked her style in this sleek monochrome outfit. An A-line skirt is super flattering on the legs, especially when paired with some white Mary Jane pumps (Carrie would approve!). Plus, the black blouse and chic embellished collar is perfectly feminine but still has a little edge. There’s nothing “blah blah blah” about this.

Knitted Crop Top by River Island £30 | Leather Jacket by River Island £100 || Skirt by River Island £25 || Boots by Topshop £130

Aussie girl Jessica Hart knows the power of a mini skirt and thigh high boots, AND she’s managed to pull it off in a totally respectable style. The printed mini skirt screams modern 60s and works perfectly with a knitted crop. Considering the weather was below zero, the cosy lined leather jacket was a smart option. Definitely a look I’d like to emulate myself.
